One of my favorite restaurants is Colors Restaurant NYC. This restaurant is 100% gluten free. Yes, you read that correctly. It is perfect for people with Celiac Disease because you don’t have to worry about cross contamination. All of the food is non-GMO and locally sourced. And to top it off, this non-for profit restaurant is owned by Restaurant Opportunities Center (ROC) United. ROC’s mission is to ensure that restaurant workers have fair wages and working conditions. Basically, this restaurant is as ethical as it gets. If you weren’t convinced this restaurant is worth checking out, here are pictures of it’s incredible dishes.
