Hi-FiBar. What a creative name. These vegan, low glycemic index, high protein, and high fiber snack bars got me through long days at work (although they didn’t last long into the day). The nuts and seeds packed into these bars preserve the natural taste with no preservatives. With no added sugar, the bars are sweetened with monk fruit juice, which amazingly contains zero calories per serving. WOW!
I loved all three. I was pleasantly surprised by the Smoked Paprika, as I am not a “spices” kind of girl. My favorite was the Lemon Zest Blueberry, which reminded me of pancakes I had at Another Broken Egg in Atlanta.
